Des contacts \u00e9gyptiens nous ont inform\u00e9s du cas d\u2019un couple, Fadi* et Nada*. Fadi est issu d\u2019une famille chr\u00e9tienne, Nada d\u2019une famille musulmane, mais elle a donn\u00e9 sa vie \u00e0 J\u00e9sus. Tous deux se sont mari\u00e9s dans une \u00e9glise, mais, en raison de leur appartenance religieuse diff\u00e9rente, leur mariage n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement reconnu en \u00c9gypte. Ils ont d\u00fb garder leur mariage religieux secret.<\/p><p>Quelques mois apr\u00e8s leur union, Fadi et Nada attendaient leur premier enfant, qu\u2019ils ne pouvaient pas non plus enregistrer. La naissance imminente attirait d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019attention et la stigmatisation. Fadi et Nada ont subi une pression croissante et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints de fuir. Pour que Nada soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme apte \u00e0 voyager, elle a d\u00fb indiquer un mois de grossesse inf\u00e9rieur sur un document m\u00e9dical. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs d\u00e9tours, ils ont finalement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 fuir au Liban. Peu apr\u00e8s, leur fille est n\u00e9e. L\u2019A\u00c9M a contribu\u00e9 durant six mois \u00e0 leurs frais de subsistance dans leur nouveau lieu de vie.<\/p><p>De nombreux chr\u00e9tiens pers\u00e9cut\u00e9s dans un pays arabe fuient au Liban, qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un pays s\u00fbr pour les chr\u00e9tiens, car ces derniers repr\u00e9sentent un quart de la population, soit plus que dans tout autre pays arabe. N\u00e9anmoins, de nombreux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s craignent que des membres de leur famille ne les suivent l\u00e0-bas pour les rouer de coups ou les ramener de force.
