Moyen-Orient: <\/strong><\/span>\u00abJe m\u2019appelle Amir*. Ma famille et moi avons faim. Les combattants rebelles ont tout boulevers\u00e9. Quand ils sont arriv\u00e9s au pouvoir l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, il y a eu beaucoup de combats dans notre province. Les gens ne voulaient pas se rendre facilement. Un jour, une bombe est tomb\u00e9e sur notre maison. C\u2019\u00e9tait horrible et, en fait, je ne veux m\u00eame pas en parler. Quand je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9e, je me trouvais \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ma m\u00e8re. Nous \u00e9tions tous deux gravement bless\u00e9s. Ensuite nous avons appris que mon p\u00e8re, mon fr\u00e8re et ma s\u0153ur n\u2019avaient pas surv\u00e9cu.<\/p>

\u00bbDeux semaines plus tard, nous avons pu sortir et nous sommes rentr\u00e9s chez nous. Il n\u2019y avait plus rien, sauf des ruines calcin\u00e9es. Nous avions perdu tous nos biens et la moiti\u00e9 de notre famille. Notre oncle nous a accueillis; chez lui, il y avait aussi ma plus petite s\u0153ur, qui \u00e9tait venue lui rendre visite au moment du bombardement. Heureusement, elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9e.<\/p>

\u00bbMa m\u00e8re a pleur\u00e9 toute la journ\u00e9e. Elle devenait de plus en plus maigre et je m\u2019inqui\u00e9tais beaucoup pour elle. Elle est souvent all\u00e9e sur la tombe de mon p\u00e8re et de mes fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs. \u00c0 un moment donn\u00e9, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous rendre dans la capitale. Parce que c\u2019est une grande ville, nous avions l\u2019espoir d\u2019y trouver du travail et de commencer une nouvelle vie.<\/p>

\u00bbMalheureusement, cela n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile. Nous ne sommes en effet pas les seuls \u00e0 nous y \u00eatre r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Tant de gens ont faim et cherchent du travail. Avant j\u2019avais simplement le droit d\u2019aller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole et mon p\u00e8re gagnait l\u2019argent pour notre famille. Maintenant qu\u2019il n\u2019est plus l\u00e0, je dois m\u2019occuper de ma m\u00e8re. Tous les jours, je me rends au march\u00e9 o\u00f9 je porte des charges en \u00e9change d\u2019un petit pourboire. Malheureusement je ne trouve souvent du travail que deux ou trois jours par semaine et, la plupart du temps, je rentre chez moi les mains vides.<\/p>

\u00bbJe suis au courant de l\u2019existence de votre organisation qui distribue des rations alimentaires hebdomadaires. Souvent je passe et je fais la queue, je supplie les employ\u00e9s de me donner quelque chose. Cela dit, ils le font de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s ordonn\u00e9e; le nom de la famille est not\u00e9 et, \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, c\u2019est votre tour. Cette semaine, j\u2019ai enfin re\u00e7u un colis alimentaire. Lorsque notre nom a \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9, j\u2019ai re\u00e7u un sac de riz et bien plus encore. Cela nous suffira pour un mois.<\/p>

\u00bbJe suis tellement soulag\u00e9. Pour une fois, je ne crains pas que ma m\u00e8re et ma s\u0153ur n\u2019aient rien \u00e0 manger. N\u00e9anmoins je dois malgr\u00e9 tout trouver du travail ce mois-ci, ce qui me permettra d\u2019\u00e9conomiser de l\u2019argent pour le mois prochain. Je suis vraiment reconnaissant.\u00bb
